Filament runout sensor
One of the most annoying things during the long printing process is running out of material. To meet the problem, the "BlackBox" 3d printer has equipped with filament run out sensor. When a problem occurs, sensor will stop printing process until the user will replace the old spool on a new one.
Proper leveling of the build plate in the printing process has diametric impact on terms of proper adhesion 3d print to it surface. Manual leveling of the build plate can be difficult and time consuming. The auto-leveling feature significantly simplifies this process.
Large build volume
The build plate of dimensions 250 x 200 x 190 mm (9.84 x 7.88 x 7.48 in) provides considerable comfort when printed large or several items at once.
Heated bed platform
The main advantage of the heated build plate is to improve the quality of printed objects. Thanks to that, the contraction of the material takes place in a more controlled manner, the printout doesn't warp and stick better to the surface. This is particularly important when printing of ABS material.
The frame of "BlackBox" 3d printer is made entirely of aluminum. The outer casing made of a material HIPS provides additional reinforcement. The printer is designed in such a way that the individual mechanical components contribute to the stiffening of the whole structure.
We believe that 3D printer users, should be free to choose the filament from which they want to print, which is why we tried to design the printer so it gave this possibility. We approach liberally to the choice of material, allowing the user to test and use any commercially available filament.
